Housing has an important role to play in health, wellbeing and the delivery of social care services. Under the new government landscape, public services across the board are facing key challenges around delivering more for less with public spending cuts looming, potentially reducing funding available for improving homes, services and support for communities.
This conference will bring together delegates from housing, health and social care from a provider and commissioner perspective, alond with strategic policy makers, to discuss how the sector should be 'changing the thinking' around service delivery and providing more effective and efficient services through partnership working.
